It was a great way to celebrate my sons belated birthday in the transformed venue.
The Starters – The gastric juices were flowing!!!
The Mussels were plentiful and cooked to perfection.
The Creamy Garlic Mushrooms on Toast were my boys favourite thing till he clapped eyes on his steak knife, in his own words “I feel like Crocodile Dundee eating a steak”.
The steaks – WOW!!!
We love a good feed and opted for the 16oz T-Bones, the quality was exceptional, well aged and char grilled to medium rare by the talented Mr Jones.
The Sides – Awesome
For Me: Garlic and Rosemary Potatoes & Onion Rings – Yes Please and Thank you.
For the Boy: Char grilled Corn on the Cob and Onion rings – The pictures attached say it all.
Dessert – We don’t mind if we do.
Caramelized Banana and Toffee Sauce – if Carlsberg made Gluten free puddings this would be it.
Them that know Rob will guess, if the words chocolate and brownie are on the menu he’s all over it, “Perfect end to a great meal” Happy Boy. I’m still in for Dad of the year award.
